The product presents a serious risk of injuries as, when tested, the small magnets were found to have a magnetic flux index densities, ranging from 105.79 kG²mm to 218.02 kG²mm which is greater than the maximum permitted of 50 kG²mm, If two or more magnets were swallowed, there is a risk that the magnets become drawn to each other in the digestive system, which could cause serious injury or death if medical attention is not sought immediately. Additionally, a young child may place the magnetic balls into their mouth and choke. Furthermore, the product does not comply with the marking requirements of the relevant standard.
