- The product presents a serious risk of electric shock due to a lack of protection from access to live parts. When tested, the test pin was able to touch a live part. If a consumer were to touch this, they could receive an electric shock. The product was not provided with adequate instructions for the safe connection of the appropriate 3-core flexible cable and did not include clear instructions for the removal of insulation from the conductors. Additionally, the product features a non-UK plug and was provided with a UK plug adaptor. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
