The products present a high risk of asphyxiation as during tension tests, some components detached at a force less than the specified minimum, producing a small part capable of fitting entirely inside of a small parts cylinder. If a child were to put any of these small parts in their mouth they could choke, and their airway may become blocked. Some of the required documentation was not present.
