Description
An assortment of soft plastic beads threaded onto a chord. One end has a loop to act as a soother holder and the other end has a detachable garment fastener in the form of a white plastic clip.

The detachable garment fastener was identified as being small enough to get stuck in a child’s mouth and therefore poses a risk of choking to the young user. The product also presents a risk of strangulation as the length of the strap was found to exceed the specified maximum of 220mm. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
