Technical support
Include the Whistle version, Chrome version, marketplace hostname, what you expected, what occurred, and the exact non-sensitive error message. Do not include a Professional access key.
Correct or challenge a status
Provide the purified listing URL, the status shown, why it may be inaccurate and an authoritative public source. A community count is not removed simply because a listing is disputed, but unreliable reports can be quarantined from public counts.
Privacy rights request
Use the subject “Whistle privacy request”. Because public reports do not request identity/contact details, include the purified listing URL, approximate report time, selected category and enough context to locate the record without exposing another reporter.
Security report
Use the subject “Private Whistle security report”. Describe the affected version and impact. Do not publish live credentials, personal data or exploit details in a Chrome Web Store review.
Delete or disable the extension
Open chrome://extensions, select FOLO-UP Whistle, then choose Remove. Removing Whistle or clearing its extension data permanently deletes the Public My Whistle Reports history stored in that browser; it cannot be recovered or transferred to another device. This does not erase a report already received by FOLO-UP. You can disable automatic status checks or remove a Professional key from Whistle Settings without uninstalling.
Official reporting
Whistle does not automatically notify a marketplace, authority, seller, manufacturer or rights holder. For urgent or formal action, report through the relevant organisation’s official channel as well. The FOLO-UP Consumers page lists relevant consumer advice routes and authorities.
Stop using the product and contact the appropriate emergency service. Whistle is not monitored as an emergency channel and cannot provide product-specific medical, engineering or legal advice.
